To select images and make enquiries or purchase prints you must open a personal account with LateAndModern Gallery.
As a registered user you can consult the prices of prints in a choice of currencies.
Once logged in as a registered user you will have access to image selection tools ("Lightbox" buttons). Selected images are stored on a personal page (Your Lightbox) that you can access any time.
Images stored on Your Lightbox page can also be selected for enquiries by clicking the appropriate buttons on the page.

system, as it helps us to quickly identify the prints you are interested
You can also send an enquiry by email to , quoting the relevant print codes, your chosen payment method and the shipping address.
We accept payment by bank transfer and credit card.
If you have a valid European Union VAT number please include it, as you may be eligible for VAT exemption.
We will answer your enquiry by email, quoting the price including any
applicable taxes and shipping and insurance costs.
We will also include our bank account data or a link to a credit card transaction page, depending on your chosen payment method.
We will send you confirmation of your order upon receipt of a 10% down-payment on the agreed final price.
Please allow us a processing time of one week (for vintage prints) or two weeks (for modern prints) to prepare the item for shipping.
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the actual shipment of the items.
We will not refund your down-payment, but you may use it as credit, for up to three months after cancellation, against another purchase from the same author.
Once the print is ready for shipping we will send you a notification including the details for the final payment.
We will send you the print upon receipt of full payment.
We use all major international couriers; if you have a preference please let us know.
All shipments will be insured and sent with a trackable shipping method.
If you reside outside the European Union, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. LateAndModern Gallery has no control over this, and so we are unable to determine the amount of any duties and taxes. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
If you are not satisfied with the print that you have purchased from us or if it is damaged, you may return the artwork to us within seven days to the address given below. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the work is damaged and the damage is documented as specified on the returns form. You must include photographs of the damaged package, otherwise return shipment costs are to be borne by the buyer. If you wish to return a print please follow this procedure:
If we do not receive the item we will not be able to refund you or replace it, so please send the item using a trackable shipping method in the same protective package in which it was shipped to you.
In the unlikely event that the print is damaged before it reaches you, please take a digital photo of the damage before signing for the package, and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
